Welcome to co-singer. By using this app, you agree to the following terms.
co-singer 是一款协作演唱平台，允许用户录制、上传和共享音频片段，并与其他用户的录音拼接成合唱作品。
co-singer is a collaborative singing platform that allows users to record, upload, and share audio clips combined with other users' recordings.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU). You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.
您保留对所上传内容的版权。但您授予 co-singer 全球范围内、免版税、可再授权的许可，用于展示、分发和推广您的内容。
You retain copyright of your content. You grant co-singer a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, distribute, and promote your content.
您声明并保证所上传内容不侵犯任何第三方版权、商标或其他权利。
You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights.
以下内容严格禁止上传或发布：
Prohibited: copyright-infringing commercial recordings, hate speech, harassment, explicit or violent content, spam, malware, impersonation.

To report copyright infringement, email [email protected] with: the infringing content URL, proof of copyright ownership, your contact info, and electronic signature.
我们保留随时删除违规内容、暂停或永久封禁违规账号的权利，无需事先通知。
We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts at any time without prior notice.
本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的担保。我们不对因使用本应用导致的任何损失承担责任。
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
