co-singer（以下简称"本应用"）由个人开发者 Tuo Zhi 运营。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用和保护您的个人信息。

co-singer is operated by individual developer Tuo Zhi. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. 我们收集的信息 / Information We Collect

• 账号信息：电子邮件地址、昵称、头像（通过 Apple/Google 登录时由第三方提供）。
• 录音内容：您在应用内录制并上传的音频文件。
• 设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本（用于错误诊断）。
• 使用数据：播放记录、点赞、评论（用于个性化推荐和功能改进）。

• Account info: email, nickname, avatar (provided by Apple/Google during sign-in).
• Audio recordings uploaded by you.
• Device info: model, OS version, app version (for crash diagnostics).
• Usage data: plays, likes, comments (for recommendations and improvement).

2. 我们如何使用信息 / How We Use Information

• 提供、维护和改进应用功能。
• 向您发送账号验证邮件和重要通知。
• 检测和预防违规内容及欺诈行为。
• 分析使用趋势以改善用户体验。

We use information to provide and improve the app, send verification emails, detect abuse, and analyze usage trends.

3. 信息共享 / Data Sharing

我们不出售您的个人数据。我们仅在以下情况共享数据：

• 服务提供商：云存储（AWS S3）、错误监控（Sentry）、邮件发送（Resend）。
• 法律要求：当法律法规或政府机关要求时。

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (AWS S3, Sentry, Resend) and when required by law.

4. 数据存储与安全 / Storage & Security

数据存储于位于新加坡的服务器（AWS ap-southeast-1），使用 AES-256 加密存储。传输过程使用 TLS 1.3 加密。

Data is stored in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

5. 数据保留 / Retention

账号注销后，您的个人信息将在 30 天内永久删除；录音内容将在 90 天内删除。

After account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days; audio recordings within 90 days.

6. 您的权利 / Your Rights

根据 GDPR / CCPA，您有权访问、更正、删除您的个人数据，或限制我们处理您的数据。请通过以下方式联系我们：

7. 儿童隐私 / Children's Privacy

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童（欧盟地区为 16 岁以下）。如发现儿童提供了个人信息，请立即联系我们删除。

The app is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EU). Contact us immediately if you believe a child has provided personal information.

8. 政策变更 / Changes

政策重大变更时，我们将在应用内通知用户，并更新本页面的"最近更新"日期。

We will notify users in-app of material changes and update the "Last Updated" date above.
